¿Question #4603?
Randy Cox: Do you think you could run 100 yards at top speed? Do you think you could trot/jog a mile?
Jrtolf: No, not anymore.
kingcarrot: yes and yes
altanic: of course, but "top speed" is relative of course. 400m at top speed is something I probably couldn't do anymore though.
Kheotour: Yes.
richcharters: My top speed isn't what it used to be! no....I couldn't keep the pace for 100 yds. Jogging a mile however isn't a problem.
kathleenryan: Why would I want to?
Woelf: Yes to both, as long as I wasn't required to do any other running, jogging, or physical exertion for at least a few hours afterwards.
Hendal: if I had to sure, but my back is really bad and I would not try it right no, same as before
pwilz: Yes and Yes.
spayne: yes
Zedsdead: I used to run track until it frakked up my leg. I could sprint a hundred yards now, maybe, if Leatherface were after me with his chainsaw. A mile? Well...after my right leg snapped off at the knee I suppose I could crawl the last 1400 yards pretty fast...
coyotelaughs: Easily
ZeroZilla: Yes, and yes. I used to do three miles (not a huge deal, I know) regularly, and I'm sure I could still push myself past one (even though I'm out of that practice a little).
cgund: Downhill maybe.
Asmoridin: 100 yards? Yes. And I could probably jog a mile
Mike A: Yes. Yes. But only if I wanted to, not just because you try to prod me with your reverse-psychological GeekQuestions.
Ludocrazy: I could try.
TheDS: I think I've done both. Jogged 3 miles once (dunno how, just did it). Military requires 1.5-2 miles, depending on which branch.
xlorp: Not till I'm off this cast and crutches.
DHEK: I don't think I can. I'm a little unfit right now... need to recondition my body first.
ZiggyZambo: no, no
themagni: Yeah, probably. What's chasing me?
Der Ubermolch: I can do both.
elirlandes: Yes. Yes.
kmcdougan: yes
TheArchAngel: no to both
Wes Robiinson: No but give a 100 meters
adreeve: No and yes.
diemacher: Yes, I run 3 miles a day
aleo09: yes, yes.
martybjsg: Yes.
hoojii: I don't think I could run 100 yards at top speed but I could jog a mile.
dsmeyer: yes
Geese: 100 yards at top speed:probably not Jog a mile: absolutely
Redbeardin84: yes to both
PsyJam: Yes, yes.
Ebon Wendigo: Yes
jjloc: yes, yes
GrimJester: not right now, maybe later
RichardT: Yes
greglios: Yes
dmomo: No.
dragonewtking: yes, I run several times a week
bwildrick: My top speed, of course.
vampywife: no, and possibly
Isolde_deely: nope
Dorque: Yup. Yup.
moyet: Yes to both account
erli: I could definitely trot a mile. I could probably run 100 yds at top speed if someone was trying to beat me with a hatchet.
hkishel: Yes
beakermyers: Sure, but I'd rather swim it
confuse_a_cat: I could do both of those, but it wouldn't be pretty.
tipigi: yes on both
DarqueKhaos: Yes, 5 last week
skrutsch: No. Definitely not.
Steve Leach: yes to both
puffinge: I always injure myself when I run. I can speedwalk 3 or 4 miles though.
deadkenny: Yes and yes
consolewa: Yes to both.
skelebone: 100 yards at top speed would be no problem. I could also probably trot a mile, though I have a short stride, and it might take me a while.
jttm: How far is a yard? Thats like a meter right?
Lord_Prussian: At my top speed, sure. I think I'd have trouble with a half mile and would not be able to finish a mile. I really need to get in shape
chaddyboy_2000: Yes, yes.
CortexBomb: Define top speed. I could probably do it at my top speed, but that isn't overly fast. And yes, jogging a mile isn't a huge deal
Spielfreak: yes ; yes
CDRodeffer: Yes, and probably not.
sos1: Yes. Not without periods of walking.
Randy Cox: I might be able to make the 100 yards (though "top speed" is relative). A mile would be tough.
